Bolus Freight Systems maintains its Customer Support and Logistics functions from a central operations point located at our Scranton, Pa facility. Our Customer Service Representatives are trained in specific accounts to ensure personal attention and individual customer knowledge. Customer Service Representatives work closely with our Load Planners, Fleet Managers and Drivers to be sure the best possible service is attained and our customer’s expectations are met.
